About Us


The Pasco Police Athletic League (PPAL) is a nonprofit organization governed by Sheriff Chris Nocco of the Pasco
Sheriffs Office, in Pasco County, Florida. PPAL comprises of teams throughout the counties of the northern Tampa Bay area. PPAL involves children of the ages of 5 through 14 years old for football and cheerleading throughout the
 year.
More programs are being considered and implemented at this time. Please check with your local program for information about new and existing programs.

PPAL was established in 1973 by John Short when he teamed up with the Chief of Police of
New Port Richey.
